William from the SF Bay Area, grew up an athletic kid and was always outside playing in the streets, skateboarding, baseball home run derbies with tennis balls and metal bats, and playing a game of 21. Flash forward to adulthood & work a 9 to 5. Then seeing the gray hair appear at the chin. He is no saint, as we all have our war stories.

Facts:
- Created the podcast with another host Ceasar but had to move and discontinue the duo podcast...sad but kept going.
- Furniture is my profession lol
- Advocate of better mental health for all
